1. 서비스 소개 · About WorldDrop

WorldDrop은 세계 지도 위에 감정과 일상을 기록하는 글로벌 소셜 플랫폼입니다. 사용자는 지도 위의 임의 위치에 '드롭(Drop)'을 남기고, 다른 사람들의 감정과 이야기를 탐색할 수 있습니다.

WorldDrop is a global social platform for recording emotions and everyday moments on a world map. Users can leave "Drops" at any location on the map and explore the emotions and stories of others.

2. 가입 및 계정 · Account & Eligibility

WorldDrop을 이용하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 미성년자는 보호자의 동의 하에 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 계정은 Google OAuth 또는 이메일·비밀번호 방식으로 생성할 수 있으며, 계정 정보의 정확성과 보안 유지는 사용자의 책임입니다.

You must be at least 14 years old to use WorldDrop. Minors must have parental consent. Accounts can be created via Google OAuth or email/password. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠 · User Content

드롭, 사진, 댓글 등 사용자가 작성·업로드한 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 사용자에게 있습니다. 다만, 사용자는 WorldDrop에 해당 콘텐츠를 서비스 운영 목적(표시, 배포, 통계 분석 등)으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적, 무상, 전 세계적 라이선스를 부여합니다. 사용자는 자신이 게시한 콘텐츠가 타인의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.

You retain ownership of all content you post (drops, photos, comments). By posting, you grant WorldDrop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and analyze your content for service operation purposes. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. 금지 행위 · Prohibited Conduct

다음 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다:

• 혐오 발언, 폭력적·선정적 콘텐츠 게시
• 타인 사칭 또는 허위 정보 유포
• 스팸, 광고성 콘텐츠의 대량 게시
• 서비스 시스템 해킹, 크롤링, 자동화된 접근 남용
• 아동·청소년 보호법에 위반되는 행위

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Hate speech, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonation or spreading false information
• Spam or mass commercial content
• Hacking, scraping, or automated abuse of service systems
• Any conduct violating laws protecting minors

금지 행위 적발 시 사전 통보 없이 계정이 정지 또는 영구 삭제될 수 있습니다.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent deletion without prior notice.

5. 프리미엄 서비스 · Premium Features

WorldDrop은 향후 유료 프리미엄 기능(무제한 드롭, 고급 통계, 맞춤 테마 등)을 제공할 예정입니다. 유료 서비스 출시 시 별도의 요금 및 환불 정책이 공지됩니다. 결제 전 반드시 해당 정책을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

WorldDrop plans to offer paid premium features (unlimited drops, advanced analytics, custom themes, etc.) in the future. Separate pricing and refund policies will be announced when premium services launch. Please review those policies before purchasing.

6. 서비스 변경 및 중단 · Service Changes & Termination

WorldDrop은 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 사전 고지 후 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 불가피한 사정(천재지변, 기술적 장애 등)으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 WorldDrop은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

WorldDrop may modify or discontinue the service (in whole or part) with prior notice. WorldDrop is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure, technical failures, etc.).

7. 면책 조항 · Disclaimer

WorldDrop은 사용자 간의 콘텐츠 분쟁, 타 플랫폼과의 연동 오류, 데이터 손실 등에 대해 법적으로 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 책임을 제한합니다. 서비스는 현재 상태(as-is)로 제공되며, 특정 목적 적합성에 대한 묵시적 보증을 포함한 일체의 보증을 제공하지 않습니다.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldDrop limits its liability for disputes between users, integration errors with third-party platforms, and data loss. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

8. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결 · Governing Law

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석 및 적용됩니다. 분쟁 발생 시 서울중앙지방법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.

9. 약관 변경 · Changes to Terms

약관이 변경될 경우 시행 7일 전에 서비스 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 알립니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

If terms change, we will notify you via in-app notice or email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may discontinue use and delete your account.
